HB 105 Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy by Rep. Allen – Would increase state retirees health care subsidy. Priority bill. The Senate companion, SB 442 by Sen. Lawson, passed the Senate Governmental Oversight and Productivity Committee on 01/11/06. Favorable, unanimous vote, next committee of reference is the House Governmental Operations Committee.

As mentioned this is a priority bill and both the House and Senate bills have passed their first committees of reference without a dissenting vote.
