Greetings Local Administrator Associations, Here’s a recap of the savings to school administrators: FASA was successful in saving the insurance subsidy. Ø Your benefit is $1800.00 per year! FASA was successful in keeping the calculation of sixty days of annual leave in the average final compensation used for retirement calculations. Ø Your benefit is $800.00 per year! (based on $50,000 annual pay) FASA was successful in minimizing the employee contribution to 3% instead of 5% planned by the Governor. Ø Your benefit is $1000.00 per year! FASA was successful in saving DROP. Ø You can still build your nest egg using DROP! Legislators listened to you and to us and we want an even stronger voice next year!
