CALL TO ACTION -- DROP Bill

Senate Bill 788 by Sen. Charlie Clary, cosponsored by Senator Paula Dockeryand Senator Victor Crist is on the Senate Education agenda for Tuesday morning, April 26th.

SB 788 allows school districts to extend DROP by three years for all school administrators. We are trying to explain to members that we have a critical shortage of school principals, which is temporarily averted by the bill.

If you are represented by any member of the Senate Education Committee, please E them and ask for their support for and cosponsorship of the bill.  If you are represented by a sponsor or cosponsor, please let them know that you appreciate their efforts.
