I wanted to reach out to bring clarity to what your pay should look like in the near future. HASA would like to thank Superintendent Davis for honoring his commitment to pay administrators once the teacher pay agreement was settled.

Economic Salary Proposal for Administrators for the 2022-2023 School Year
Longevity Pay
Administrative Longevity had been on hold for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years. Those years will be credited for longevity and administrators who qualify will be moved appropriately on their respective salary schedule.
The Longevity pay is awarded as follows:

Administrator Pay
Economic Salary Proposal for Administrators for the 2022-2023 School Year
- Eligible Administrators will receive two levels of reoccurring movement on their respective salary schedules.
- Eligible Administrators currently at the top of their respective salary schedules will receive a one-time $2,200 non reoccurring payment.
- Eligible Administrators who receive one level of movement to the top of their respective salary schedules will receive their recurring movement plus a one-time non-recurring payment.
Longevity Pay
Administrative Longevity had been on hold for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years. Those years will be credited for longevity and administrators who qualify will be moved appropriately on their respective salary schedule.
The Longevity pay is awarded as follows:
- Longevity 1 (1.5%): Start of 20th year in administration.
- Longevity 2 (2%): Start of 25th year in administration.
- Longevity 3 (2.5%): Start of 30th year in administration.
- Eligible employees should refer to their respective salary schedule to see their increase. Salary Schedules are posted on the Employee Relations SharePoint.
